There is neither age limit nor prerequisites apart from being able to swim and enjoy spending time in the water! Easy and accessible to anyone, it however requires that you get proper lessons from qualified instructors in order to guaranty your safety as well as others'.

Lessons start every windy day, in the morning and the afternoon but book your lessons early, they usually are quite busy.
