Phangan Explorer Online Booking

1. On www.phanganexplorer.com/koh_phangan_hotels_resorts.asp you can see a list of all resorts we currently do bookings with.
2. Find more information about a resort by clicking on the link for that resort.
3. To view the room rates, click on the Rooms & Rates button.
4. To make a reservation, click on the Online Booking button.
5. Fill out the booking form with how many rooms you want to book, arrival date, length of stay, number of people and your contact details.

You will soon receive an email with your booking details. If you haven't received this email within an hour, please resend your booking to reservation@phanganexplorer.com. After receiving your booking request, we will check the availability for the room(s) and reconfirm your reservation inquiry by email, usually within 24 hours.

Please kindly understand that we have to request for a deposit to guarantee your room reservation. The deposit is usually 50% of the total cost and must be paid within 2 days after our positive reconfirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid when you check in at the resort.

Phangan Explorer Online Booking is using the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many qualified commercial banks. All transactions are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption technology. No storage or manual handling of credit card details.

If you wish to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by emailing us at reservation@phanganexplorer.com. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless other notice.
